Instructional programs are “an organized sequence of courses leading to a defined objective, a degree, a certificate, a license, or transfer to another institution of higher education (Title 5, §55000).” Instructional programs of study at MSJC are designed to provide students with degrees, certificates, licensure and/or training for a variety of career and technical fields, and/or preparation for transfer to four-year colleges or universities.
