Award of Multiple Degrees

Multiple Degrees 

Students may earn multiple degrees from MSJC. Students seeking more than one associate degree may qualify for an additional degree if they meet the following:

1. Met the minimum requirements for the second major.
2. Achieved a minimum 2.0 GPA for all units attempted that are required for the degree.

Students seeking an additional associate degree at MSJC, after having previously received an associate degree from another institution, may earn a second degree from MSJC if they meet the following:

1. Completed general education requirements.
2. Completed the minimum requirements of the major.
3. Completed a minimum of 12 units of residency at MSJC.
4. Earned a minimum 2.0 GPA for major requirements.
