Unit of Credit

A unit of credit is approximately one (1) hour of class plus two (2) hours of study per week for lecture. For each hour of lecture/discussion, two (2) hours of preparation are assumed. Each laboratory unit requires three (3) hours of laboratory per week. Each Activity unit requires two (2) hours of class and one (1) hour of study per week. To receive credit, the student must be officially enrolled in the course.
